The Senior Project Manager will manage the delivery of customer facing Consulting projects of high dollar value, risk, and complexity, consistent with client requirements and procurement policies/procedures. Works under only very general direction, independently determines and develops approaches to solutions, handling complex assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
This is a REMOTE opportunity.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Lead and manage projects with technical team members, ranging from 1 to 20 technical consultants
Handle status reporting - authoring, communications, impact/risk assessments, etc.
Lead management and account meetings by providing insights on the account, project schedule, scope and budget
Work with Technical Team Leads to ensure all technical objectives are in scope, represented in the plan, and managed accordingly
Manage all stakeholders and build strong customer and subcontractor relationships
Serve as the primary project Point of Contact for our clients
Manage and coordinate support of urgent and complex issues
Assure scope and requirements are monitored and controlled throughout the project's life-cycle.
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Manage day-to-day client interaction, identify needs, expectations, and evaluate alternative business solutions
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
Present project quality, client and team satisfaction, and project success metrics during project review meetings with the managing director
Track and report weekly on-percent complete, schedule, burn, earned value, slippage, issues risks, and opportunities and other key project indicators
Keep an accurate issues and risk tracking document with an associated mitigation plan
Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization
Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
Manage project budget and project profitability
Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project
Work with Sales, Operations Director, and Account Manager to ensure clients achieve an understanding of expectations, deliverables, dependencies, risks and progress
Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to clients and team members
Perform all other duties, as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of work experience with 7+ years of experience in a project management position
5+ years of experience in managing IT projects
2+ years of consulting experience
Experience with Agile project management practices such as Scrum and Kanban
Experience with Oracle Cloud, Databases, PeopleSoft or other Oracle Applications. Experience with Oracle ERP & EPM a plus.
PMP certification is a plus
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSAs):
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications, data query tools, and MS Office applications, Excel.
Understand revenue models, P/L, cost-to-completion projections and be able to make decisions independently, in-line with business plan objectives
Understand consulting pricing models and billing procedures
Strong written and verbal communication.

The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for performing advanced, diverse, and confidential organizational and administrative duties in support of the Chief Executive Officer. This vital role operates at the highest level of the company, supporting the CEO office administratively in matters of importance to the business. The Senior Executive Assistant liaises with other executives in the organization as well as externally with members of the Board of Directors, in carrying out the administrative duties assigned. This role works under only general supervision, exercising independent judgment in performing the duties of the position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative and organizational support to the CEO in all needs of the business to ensure a smooth operation of the CEO office.
Manage heavy/complex calendar management, and monitor and maintain regular email communications, both during and after business hours.
Handle travel arrangements to include booking flights, hotels, car transfers, and handling last-minute changes, which may need to be resolved after regular business hours.
Manage expenses: organize receipts and input in Concur in a timely manner.
Exercise discretion with highly confidential information and exercise appropriate judgment and grace with all parties.
Generate, revise, and proofread letters, documents, presentations, and correspondence.
Set documents up in e-signature software as needed.
Review, assess, prioritize monitor the status of pending items, follow up, and keep the CEO informed. Use project management software such as Trello boards.
Plan and prepare meetings and events: logistics, budget, agendas, materials, presentations, catering, etc., including managing virtual and in-person technology within conference rooms and platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other similar platforms.
Support the CEO in strategic communications, and other special projects as assigned.
Liaise between the CEO and other company executives and members of the BOD.
Support board meetings and activities, to include meeting logistics, preparing board materials, binders and reports, and taking meeting minutes.
Interact with corporate clients and community business leaders.
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Contribute to overall operational excellence and represent the company in professional manner.
Other Duties
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience in a similar administrative role supporting one or more executives. Experience supporting CEO or President level strongly preferred.
Prior work experience in the management of confidential information.
Prior work experience in event organization and management.

Work with Mythics and/or Emergent Accounting supporting the review of quarterly contract vehicle fee reporting and payment.
Work with GSA, BPA, GWAC etc. contracting officers supporting contractual matters for the applicable contract vehicles.
May assist sales with obtaining required information from vendor partners to comply with contract vehicle requirements, such as:
Commercial product certification
Partner discounting info
Trade Agreement Act Certificate
Information on non-standard discounts
Commercial price lists
Vendor price hold/price protection
Warranties/guarantees
Assist accounting with closeout activities, as needed, for orders under the applicable contract vehicle.
Maintain complete confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform administrative support duties for the department, and other contract support projects and assignments, as needed.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
1-2 years' contracts experience in State and Local and Federal government and commercial contracting environments. Reseller experience or IT industry experience a plus.
Experience using spreadsheet and database applications, data query tools, and MS Office applications, Excel.

Basic knowledge of the federal acquisition regulations (FAR), State and Local Regulations and contracting/subcontracting procedures.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for handling human resources administration duties in support of the Human Resources team's mission and goals. In this role, you will work closely with a fast-paced HR organization, serving in a key role to provide administrative support for talent acquisition function, to include metrics and reporting, preparing communications, and other related sourcing and hiring activities. Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
General Human Resources Administration
Provide support to benefit administration tasks to include data entry, billing and auditing.
Handle general MyPORT system administration support tasks, such as maintaining employee documentation and profile pictures.
Assist with development, planning, and execution of company's wellness program, in coordination with other HR team members, to include regular activities and communications.
Support the company's recognition program, CrewSalute, to include generating reports, developing program activities/contests, making recommendations to improve program, and creating communications.
Complete verbal and written verification of employment requests.
Assist with documentation of employee status changes and exit letters.
Provide first level response to the HR Inbox to respond to standard questions or requests; coordinate responses and/or disseminate more complex items to other HR team members.
Generate and publish various communications to include On the Radar semi-weekly, Crew News monthly, The Lighthouse, job fair announcements and other communications as needed.
Track completion of mandatory employee trainings and contact employees to complete trainings as needed.
Maintain current knowledge of HR regulations, industry trends and best practices.
Talent Acquisition Administration
Create, edit, and review new job postings in ICIMS.
Maintain and manage current job postings on external sites.
Support the pre-hire and staffing reports as needed.
Attend staff meetings and conference calls.
Initiate and monitor background investigation results using vendor system and provide reports to talent acquisition staff.
Support the ICIMS applicant tracking system, to include generating reports, data entry, resume management, user issues, and other system requirements.
Schedule interviews, reserve conference rooms, and generate calendar appointments.
Support TA with sourcing activities and reviewing resumes as needed.
Support job fair registrations and attendance as needed.
Document and track job fair and diversity outreach activities.
Coordinate and book travel for interviews and new hires when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

The Administrative Assistant 1-2 will be responsible handling a variety of administrative tasks and providing general office support including front desk reception duties.
