Senior Project Manager - Mythics, Inc.

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will manage the delivery of customer facing Consulting projects of high dollar value, risk, and complexity, consistent with client requirements and procurement policies/procedures. Works under only very general direction, independently determines and develops approaches to solutions, handling complex assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.

This is a REMOTE opportunity.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Lead and manage projects with technical team members, ranging from 1 to 20 technical consultants

  • Handle status reporting - authoring, communications, impact/risk assessments, etc.

  • Lead management and account meetings by providing insights on the account, project schedule, scope and budget

  • Work with Technical Team Leads to ensure all technical objectives are in scope, represented in the plan, and managed accordingly

  • Manage all stakeholders and build strong customer and subcontractor relationships

  • Serve as the primary project Point of Contact for our clients

  • Manage and coordinate support of urgent and complex issues

  • Assure scope and requirements are monitored and controlled throughout the project's life-cycle.

  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

  • Manage day-to-day client interaction, identify needs, expectations, and evaluate alternative business solutions

  • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties

  • Present project quality, client and team satisfaction, and project success metrics during project review meetings with the managing director

  • Track and report weekly on-percent complete, schedule, burn, earned value, slippage, issues risks, and opportunities and other key project indicators

  • Keep an accurate issues and risk tracking document with an associated mitigation plan

  • Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization

  • Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis

  • Manage project budget and project profitability

  • Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project

  • Work with Sales, Operations Director, and Account Manager to ensure clients achieve an understanding of expectations, deliverables, dependencies, risks and progress

  • Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to clients and team members

  • Perform all other duties, as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of work experience with 7+ years of experience in a project management position

  • 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects

  • 2+ years of consulting experience

  • Experience with Agile project management practices such as Scrum and Kanban

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, Databases, PeopleSoft or other Oracle Applications. Experience with Oracle ERP & EPM a plus.

  • PMP certification is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSAs):

  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications, data query tools, and MS Office applications, Excel.

  • Understand revenue models, P/L, cost-to-completion projections and be able to make decisions independently, in-line with business plan objectives

  • Understand consulting pricing models and billing procedures

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Detail-oriented

  • Organized with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Self-managed

  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers

Job Description

As an Account Sales Representative 1, you will help contribute to the company's sales goals by utilizing professional sales techniques, excellent customer service, maintaining quality relationships with existing accounts, and providing sales and marketing coverage. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company's products and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses.

  • Builds and maintains quality relationships with existing assigned accounts and increases account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.

  • Contacts customers via telephone, correspondence or in person by traveling as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Description

The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for performing advanced, diverse, and confidential organizational and administrative duties in support of the Chief Executive Officer. This vital role operates at the highest level of the company, supporting the CEO office administratively in matters of importance to the business. The Senior Executive Assistant liaises with other executives in the organization as well as externally with members of the Board of Directors, in carrying out the administrative duties assigned. This role works under only general supervision, exercising independent judgment in performing the duties of the position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and organizational support to the CEO in all needs of the business to ensure a smooth operation of the CEO office.

We are open to part-time and full-time hours.

Mythics Co-Op program is an experiential learning program designed for Computer Science and Business major students who would like to gain experience in Cloud, Engineering, Development and Digital Marketing. Typically, students who are rising juniors and seniors join this program for a semester and work full-time during that period. During this time you are given real world problems and projects to work on with an opportunity to implement the skills learned in college classrooms. The Contracts Administrator 1 is an entry level contracts administrator role that serves as a liaison within the Mythics Emergent Group (MEG) supporting vendor partners, customers, and MEG; Sales teams, Legal, Finance, and other departments as needed with respect to assigned Mythics and Emergent contract vehicles. This role maintains positive and open communication with Mythics and Emergent assigned contracting officers for the applicable contract vehicles (e.g.,GSA, GSA BPAs, GWACs, IDIQs etc.), upkeep of current product offerings available via each contract vehicle by preparing and submitting all modifications/notifications supporting each contract vehicle in accordance with the applicable contract compliance requirements, maintains data validation between pricing provided by vendor partners and Mythics or Emergent contract vehicles to ensure that all product updates including price changes meet the applicable contract compliance requirements. In addition, this role ensures that post award deliverables (e.g., sales reporting, fee reporting, etc.) are compliant with the respective contract requirement.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Prepare, submit and negotiate applicable contract vehicle modifications, such as:

  • Additions of new products/services

  • Deletion of products/services

  • Price reductions

  • Price Increases

  • Administrative revisions

  • Option renewals/Contract Extensions

  • Maintain detailed and organized files supporting each contract vehicle that includes the original contract request for quote (RFQ), award documents, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, etc.

  • Assist Mythics and Emergent Sales teams with any contractual questions or issues in response to a request for proposal or request for quote.

  • Work with Mythics and/or Emergent Accounting supporting the review of quarterly contract vehicle fee reporting and payment.

  • Work with GSA, BPA, GWAC etc. contracting officers supporting contractual matters for the applicable contract vehicles.

  • May assist sales with obtaining required information from vendor partners to comply with contract vehicle requirements, such as:

  • Commercial product certification

  • Partner discounting info

  • Trade Agreement Act Certificate

  • Information on non-standard discounts

  • Commercial price lists

  • Vendor price hold/price protection

  • Warranties/guarantees

  • Assist accounting with closeout activities, as needed, for orders under the applicable contract vehicle.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • 1-2 years' contracts experience in State and Local and Federal government and commercial contracting environments. Reseller experience or IT industry experience a plus.

  • Experience using spreadsheet and database applications, data query tools, and MS Office applications, Excel.

The Marketing Project Manager (PM) will drive the progress of marketing projects across the organization from initiation through delivery. The Marketing PM coordinates marketing resources, schedules, and project deliverables, all while maintaining high levels of communication and coordination across the marketing team and other stakeholders in the organization. This role acts as a liaison between marketing and other organizations and companies to ensure that marketing activities operate effectively within the marketing systems and processes, to include anticipating and troubleshooting problems, coordinating plans, overseeing scheduling, and developing solutions for workflow delays. The Marketing PM manages the communications channels and reporting for the Marketing organization. Understanding the broader scope of marketing operations, this role is expected to identify process efficiency gaps and provide recommendations and support to standardize and improve processes across the enterprise. Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Marketing Project Planning:

  • Lead and manage marketing projects for the marketing organization.

  • Contribute as an integral and collaborative team member with marketing managers on marketing strategy, campaign planning, cross-tactical execution planning and budget setting.

  • Evaluate marketing campaign performance to ensure goals are met within the team.

Job Description

The Sr. Sales Representative for Cloud Transformation and Sustainment is a senior-level professional services sales role responsible for identifying these clients and closing Cloud Transformation and Sustainment opportunities. This role interacts strategically with clients, internal product and services teammates and Oracle sales teams to identify, cultivate and close new cloud transformation and sustainment business. Many public sector organizations need help architecting, moving and sustaining legacy, enterprise-grade applications to a next generation platform such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This role nurtures and develops strong client and vendor relationships, and as a trusted advisor, defines and closes strategic projects within the Public Sector. This position exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to work performed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to close large, Cloud transformation and re-platforming consulting projects with ongoing sustainment services in support of our customer's needs and modernization requirements.

  • Ability to hunt and generate net new customer pipeline.

  • Driving Mythics Cloud Transformation and Sustainment capability narrative into the marketplace

  • Serving as the primary sales liaison within the delivery team and own the development and management of customer relationships within the Public Sector - all while working in tight coordination with pre-sales resources and key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Building and executing complex account strategies and sales plays to develop and close new business opportunities within assigned territory.

  • Maintaining effective relationships with Operations personnel, Consulting and PMO leadership and personnel and align to company as well as the client's practices and goals.

  • Nurturing and developing strong relationships with potential customers and extend reach within their organizations.

  • Acting as a point of escalation for customers and Oracle on delivery issues and work with Consulting leadership to find appropriate resolution.

  • Staying abreast of Oracle I/PaaS product updates, service offerings and new technologies through available resources.

  • Completing documentation and reporting requirements in support of the sales process.

  • Performing all other duties, as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

  • 10 + years' experience in an enterprise Oracle I/PaaS level consulting sales role with proven track record of attaining and exceeding annual quota.

  • Client relationships and history closing complex transformational projects

  • Experience selling Managed Services in addition to cloud migration projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Oracle services and technologies

  • Business acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies

  • End-to-end negotiation experience, including identifying, developing, and executing successful partnerships including strategic technology relationships.

  • Interpersonal, presentation and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence others internally and externally.
