Mythics is seeking Okta ICAM Engineers to support the migration from a legacy Identity, Credential, and Access Management solution to Okta. Must be able to support hours of operation in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Responsibilities include:
Configure all aspects of Okta to provide Enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management services including Federation and Governance to on-premise and Cloud-based endpoints
Coordinate with the System Architect and Project Manager to plan and execute integration activities
Identify dependencies and risks that may affect project timelines
Compose and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials
Respond to, troubleshoot, coordinate, and resolve reported incidents
Support Application teams through the SDLC process
US Citizenship or GC Holder preferred
Bachelor of Science (BS) preferred and/or equivalent experience
At least 8 years of work experience
4+ years of experience with Identity, Credential, and Access Management implementations that include Federation and Governance
2+ years of experience with Okta product integrations
Thorough understanding of Okta Agents, SSO, MFA, AG, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-Federation, SWA, Policies, and Workflows
Thorough knowledge of Web services and standards (SOAP, REST, SCIM, etc.)
Thorough knowledge of LDAP identity stores (AD, Oracle, Tivoli, etc.)
Experience with Confluence/JIRA
Expertise with ITIL processes and Agile development methodologies
Strong written and oral communication skills
Solid diagnostic, testing, and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Must be team-oriented and able to collaborate across many participating teams
Ability to support hours of operation in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
