Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking an Operations Manager to support platform administration within the global field operations group. The qualified candidate will be responsible for system administration activities including provisioning and de-provisioning, configuration, report building, as well as scoping, prioritization and execution of incoming project requests from the field. In this role you will...
Work with our Customer Success Platform (Gainsight), certification in Gainsight is not required (will train), but a plus if the candidate already has familiarity with the platform. Maintain expertise by staying up to date on new features and market trends
Manage day-to-day support of system users (license management, provisioning/de-provisioning).
Create and maintain user and governance documentation to support processes
Field incoming questions & requests from the field and troubleshoot data/system issues
Configure Reports & Dashboards to ensure transparent data communication
Interpret data and help put together weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for Sr. Leadership
Manage interactions and communication with multiple system stakeholders
Manage bi-directional integration points as well as manual data uploads (as needed)
Collaborate well with cross-functional teams; Services, Customer Success, Alliances, Sales/Account Management/Marketing, Salesforce Support, Integration Engineers, and Enablement Teams
Perform routine system checks & identify opportunities for process improvement
Assist in implementation and configuration of customer and partner outreach programs
Assist with internal project launches & co-manage user training/office hour sessions (as needed)
Ability to quickly adapt to the shifting needs of the business
Participate in implementation/enhancement discussions
Perform other duties as assigned
You've got what it takes if you have...
3+ years of administration experience with SaaS technologies
Background in process improvement, problem solving and automating operational processes
Experience managing multiple integration points
Ability to overcome obstacles and work toward resolution with cross-functional teams
Experience with analytics, report building, and data interpretation
Genuine passion for the internal and external customer experience and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful
Proven track record of diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through internal and external roadblocks
High level of comfort with Excel + PowerPoint
High level of organization and attention to detail

Gainsight Associate Administrator (Level 1/Level 2)
Certification or equivalent industry experience with customer success application
Familiarity with HTML Coding
Experience working with a geographically dispersed (global) and remote team
Familiarity with account planning and/or customer success model
