Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Business Support Department of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF. Responsibilities You will serve as the Workforce Enrichment Director, directing, managing and coordinating all functions of the Workforce Enrichment Division. You will exercise responsibility for formulation, development, preparation, presentation, execution, management and administration of related policies, procedures, goals, objectives, and operations. You will serve as principle program adviser and counsel, advise and coordinate with all elements of Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk. You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of assignment difficulty and requirements, and employee?s capabilities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating all of the following duties: 1) Directing a comprehensive enrichment program involving a wide range of administrative work covering a multitude of individual projects, programs, subprograms, and functions servicing and/or impacting all management, supervisors, and employees of the organization; 2) Overseeing operations related to Civilian Personnel (CIVPERS) and Military Personnel (MILPERS) management; 3) Setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work to plan work accomplished by individuals; and 4) Identifying developmental and training needs of individuals and providing needed development/training to improve production or increase quality of work directed.
