CTG is seeking to fill aQuality Systems Engineeropening for our client in Whitsett, NC.

Location: Whitsett, NC

Duration: Ongoing contract

Duties:

• Able to work independently on tasks of large scope and complexity

• Participates in departmental meetings and provides input where appropriate

• Participate in process efficiency improvement projects

Skills:

• Displays an in-depth knowledge of Personal Computers, Tablets and Servers

• Ability to define inspection and testing criteria for all product categories and has the ability to train auditors

• Applies knowledge of product performance requirements in determining product non-conformances

• Able to perform part level failure analysis and report findings to suppliers

• Able to perform data analysis, create reports, identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Able to set-up and define criteria for in-depth product testing such as, OOB, XCSA, etc.

• Able to create standard operation procedures and training material that conforms with ISO 9000 standards

• Familiar with root cause analysis tools like 8D, 5 Whys, etc.

• 5S and visual management knowledge

• Able to define criteria for rework/repair of a high level of complexity

• ESD control knowledge

• Accepts feedback from others when areas of improvement are identified

• Treats others with respect; does not allow personal feelings to interfere with business activities

• Ability to effectively communicate technical problems and possible solutions to management, internal customers and suppliers

Experience:

• Minimum 3years of professional experience in electronics or equivalent field

• Excellent working knowledge of and ability to understand mechanical and electrical specs

Education:

• Engineering degree in Electronics or related field

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
