Summary You will serve as a Office Clerk in the Administrative Division for the Fuel Department of NAVSUP FLC PUGET SOUND. Responsibilities You will maintain and replenish office supplies and blank forms for use by the Fuel Department. You will compose replies to correspondence and other inquires, using information from office files and/or contacts with Fuel Department personnel. You will use word processing software to input/edit correspondence, reports, and documents. You will independently prepare recurring reports and prepare special reports as directed. You will establish and maintain subject matter files in accordance with applicable regulations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using word processing software to input/edit correspondence, reports and documents; 2) Using databases or spreadsheets software to enter, revise, sort, and retrieve data for reports; 3) Preparing/reviewing requests for personal action; 4) Ensuring adequate supply of forms, publications and other office supplies; 5) Performing material procurement research.
