AutoGlassNow is currently seeking an experienced Manager. The ideal candidate will have a min of 2 years of experience in leadership and management. The manager will assist with daily operations such as sales, inventory control, loss prevention, and safety, and uphold a can-do attitude at all times.
EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
Staff the store, including the office as well as in-shop and mobile technicians (includes hiring, firing, pay raises and demotions, all in consultation with District Manager and Corporate Office)
Create, revise and monitor employee weekly schedules
Monitor payroll hours and productivity... Must write up employees who fail to meet necessary work schedules and/or productivity levels
Monitor overtime hours
Structure and distribute daily mobile routes to mobile technicians
Monitor lunch breaks for all employees and making sure that all employees clock in and out at the beginning and end of the day and for lunch breaks
Ensure a productive, clean and safe work environment for all employees
Process employee requests through the Corporate Office Human Resources (example: vacation and leave requests, etc.); act as liaison between corporate office and store employees whenever possible
Hold weekly/monthly meetings to get feedback from employees on issues, ways to improve, things they need to do their job better
Always Manage employees with respect and strong leadership - remember that they will follow your lead!
Enforce Policies and Procedures
Ensure a professional, polite and courteous environment for customers and that office staff are fully trained on how to handle difficult or upset customers Handle customer complaints and warranties before they reach higher management but be sure to contact higher management for assistance when necessary
Audit CSRs to make sure warranty calls/complaints are properly logged into notes section of Dialmark
Must regularly evaluate store profitability, and make adjustments accordingly, to increase productivity and profit or to stop a downward trend in profitability
2 yrs management experience
2 yrs glass install experience
2 Customer Service/Sales experience
Pass drug screen
Valid Driver's License
Ability to juggle multiple tasks
Ability to work in a team environment
Sales driven with retail sales background
Team player with positive energy
High School Diploma (or GED required)
