Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Utilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites.

  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers/recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

  • Post openings in appropriate venues (social and professional web media, associations, colleges, institutes).

  • Utilize appropriate sourcing channels (Internet, referrals, recruitment vendor, for recruitment.

  • Develop/utilize employment the global employment brand.

  • Utilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process.

  • Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.

  • Utilize recruitment budget within given targets.

  • Train/mentor new recruiters on recruiting processes and tools.

U.S. Salary Range:

$96,000.00 - $132,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
