Develops and presents quarterly program review (QPR) presentations for the project as well as quarterly finance and program reviews for the customer.Manage a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee contract to support budget constraints and milestone deliveries. Develop and manage an Integrated Management Schedule (IMS).Lead team and ensure implementation of Agile development and DevSecOps practices.Responsible for program staffing consisting of 20 to 30 systems, software, and test engineers.Interface with team of 20+ engineers to ensure project efforts supports delivery of deliverables on schedule and within budget.Ensure CDRLs are delivered on time and within budget.Establish and ensure quality and compliance with internal business processes for data management under the contract.Set up reporting requirements in accordance with contract deliverables.Support architecture studies, implementing a service-oriented architecture (SOA) and implementing via a web services infrastructureRequirements/Skills:Position requires U.S. CitizenshipDoD Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to upgrade to Top Secret (requires an IT-Level 2 designation or higher)Four (4) years relevant specialized work experience in managing major cyber situational awareness and/or software engineering programs that follow Agile process with product(s) that are deployed to a production environment.BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline +7 years' experience, or MS degree +5 years' experience.Experience managing DoD contracts for classified systems.Experience interfacing with Government clients and providing day to day communications.Additional Skills of Interest (not required):Experience managing and leading multi-disciplined software engineering and cyber security team.Experience with or knowledge of surface combat system and weapons systems desired.Understanding of agile and traditional software development life cycle (SDLC) approaches is desired.Experience in managing cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost-Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract vehicles. Ensures that all contracting requirements are met.Ability to recruit and hire high end engineering and cyber professionals to staff program needs.Ability to ensure agile execution of software delivery and systems engineering.Understanding of MBSE and ability to implement in a DoD environment.We are looking for talented individuals to join our team of Friends Enjoying Work!
