We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the next stage of growth with Amazon within a leading Automotive Aftermarket company. Working in partnership with a cross-functional team, this person will lead, develop, and execute Amazon strategy across our brands.
Builds, develops, and executes the annual sales plan that delivers on revenue and profit goals in line with the company channel strategy
Manage strategic relationships, sales analytics, and forecasting needs
Accountable for cost containment, sales growth, revenue, and profit growth
Own the execution of the channel growth plan including both merchandising and marketing strategies; drive innovative approaches to merch/mkt/promo tactics and partner with retailers to deliver them in a multi-channel environment including VINE/review programs, variations, content, and promo
Internal management of cross functional stakeholder groups including marketing, operations, forecasting, BI, sales, finance, product development, creative, etc.; timely follow-up of execution roadmap to achieving pre-set goals
Monitor traffic, conversion, frequency, and basket KPIs and assist with the optimization of content to positively impact metrics and deliver team goals
Continuously analyze available data sets to optimize online merchandising efforts, drive sales, develop promotional strategies, and improve overall conversion for multiple product lines and brands with ITWGB portfolio; measure merch/mkt ROAS and track effectiveness of merchandising and marketing efforts
Partner with Product Management and Integrated Marketing to develop new product introductions and programs supported by the business strategy that are uniquely relevant for the eCom channel
Maintain and manage product assortments to ensure item content is brand right, relevant, engaging, accurate and in compliance with retailer guidelines
Ensure content is optimized for search and discoverability
Manage and direct activities related to Vendor Central
Internal voice for developing the digital shelf on both every day and seasonal programs
Ensure relevant category plans are executed on priority categories and work to transform insights into actionable on-site digital strategies
Manage and leverage eCom related systems (Helium 10, Numerator, NPD, etc.) to optimize ITWGB's presence on the digital shelf to drive accelerated revenue gains
Develop & maintain customer portfolio strategy and periodically onboard marketing and creative team on insights
Lead and direct outside suppliers including content, analytics, search and ad agencies
2+ years of experience in Amazon sales for Consumer goods
4-year degree or comparable experience
Proficient in Office products
Travel 20%
