Apply now for all the details!Assembly Line/Foam Operator responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Wax the mold press before spraying the foam in- Mold press is 160 degrees F, responsible for removing excess foam particles- Stuff headrests with foam inserts after they come out of the mold- Remove completed foam inserts from the mold- Place color coded wire in the mold according to the instruction sheet- Sprayer station; will spray completed inserts with blue spray to stop squeaking and trim excess foam- Install weight sensors for the airbags and seatbelt detection- Inspect completed insertsAssembly Line/Foam Operator requirements:- Push/pull up to 45lbs- Work in up to 90 degrees F.- Stand for at least 8 hours a day on concrete
