Because you are knowledgeable about field services and network operations, you are able to troubleshoot effectively and efficiently.Customer satisfaction is your top priority, so you are proactive about anticipating current and potential needs. You are motivated to develop your own skills, which you achieve by attending regular team meetings and training. You feel great about helping our ISP company provide exceptional customer service for our customers!QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BROADBAND SERVICE TECHNICIANHigh school diploma or equivalent0 to 12 months entry-level experienceHave common knowledge of consumer computer equipment/router devices, telephone, TV and related home electronics.Working knowledge of hand and power tools a mustThorough knowledge of first-aid and CPRValid Missouri Class E driver's licenseAbility to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, or sit for prolonged periods of time as well as the ability to lift and carry over 50 poundsTrade school training and/or certification and one or more years of experience in customer premise installation of electronic equipment or low voltage wiring are preferred but not required. Proficiency with CAT 5 and COAX wiring is a plus. Can you integrate business and industry knowledge into your job?
