Driven Brands is seeking a Divisional Chief Information Officer to oversee strategy, delivery, and evolution of data, digital, and technology capability for one of its core business segments. This person will be responsible for evaluating, planning, implementing, and evolving the technology strategy in support of Driven's digital growth and operational priorities, and will be accountable for the services enabled by the digital ecosystem for the business unit.
Oversees projects and assignments within the technology department.
Leads efficient operation of the team so that prompt modernization and upgrades of technology environment are performed as needed.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Collaborates with members of the executive team to identify ways that technology, data, and insights can assist the company in achieving business and financial goals.
Identifies new developments and technologies; anticipates resulting organizational modifications.
Ensures that IT and network infrastructure adequately support the company's computing, data processing, and communications needs.
Develops and implements the technology budget.
Communicates goals, projects, and timelines of the company to the department; plans ways to execute those goals within the department.
Establishes long-term technology needs and plans and develops strategies for developing systems, software, data, and insights necessary to meet those needs.
Assists as top-level contact for end users in determining technology requirements and/or solutions.
Ensures compliance with privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements that apply to systems operations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent managerial skills.
Thorough understanding of marketing technology, information technology, analytics, and enterprise systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology required. Masters degree preferred.
