Overview
Enterprise Data & Analytics Testing is focused on providing trusted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) expertise to help deliver reliable, usable, member-centric solutions and a frictionless experience to our business partners throughout the organization. Working across a diverse range of agile PODs (including Data Sourcing, Data Ingestion, Data Science and Machine Learning Operations, Channel Integration, Data Visualization, and more) our team of testers partners closely with developers, system integration testers, and end users to ensure that the business-facing solutions Mission Data is committed to developing and deploying meet business requirements and are fit for purpose.
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2024 and ending in August 2024. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2024 or later.
Responsibilities
Registering PBIs detailing a conceptual overview of the testing needed to fulfill the projects and objectives at hand
Ideating, developing, and executing test plans that concisely and accurately capture the steps necessary to properly assess business-facing solutions
Identifying, flagging, and detailing performance gaps, errors, and bugs
Preparing and presenting test evidence for Channel Partner approval
Assisting end users in ideating, developing, and executing test plans relevant to their anticipated consumption of the solutions being created and deployed for their benefit
Qualifications
Knowledge of cloud technologies such as the Microsoft Azure Suite (Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, etc.), Hadoop, Hive (Apache), Informatica
Familiarity with programming languages (Python/PySpark, SQL, R)
Project management skills and/or experience working in Agile project management
Ability to interpret and sequentially deconstruct processes into testable elements
Expert organizational, planning, and time management skills
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Navy Federal is now hybrid! Our standard enterprise requirement for a hybrid schedule is to report onsite 4-16 days each month.
