The hours for this position are 9-9:30a - 6- 6:30p
The Customer Service Representative will support ITW Texwipe in a variety of customer service functions that includes, but are not limited to pre & post-sales functions. In this role, it will be a common routing to process returns and maintain the records, enhance, change, or price products, resolve shipping discrepancies, and profile the customers while assessing their requirements. In addition, this role will:
Process orders for North America, South America Europe, and Asia.
Support a full range of product lines through various programs.
Review incoming information received from customers, verify accuracy, and communicate the customer requirements to relevant departments.
Work closely and maintain a working relationship with other departments.
Compose necessary documentation to release shipments

COA
CoC
Track open orders via automated systems and provide updates to the necessary staff.
Process trade show and website sales lead; enter contact information into database and process sample and literature requests.
Review change order requests with pertinent depts. for feasibility and implementation (if necessary).
Partner with customers on various shipping options and costs.
Update product encyclopedia in accordance with the revised specification, assure new and discontinued products are addressed.
Respond to technical inquiries.
Investigate all return requests and submit them to the Manager for approval. If necessary, process credit and document.
Works closely with the team to proactively promote a safe work environment.
Complete special projects as requested.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of experience in Customer service.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks when there are multiple and conflicting demands.
Requires organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in data entry and management.
The ability to work with others, be self-motivated and maintain a positive and engaged attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
