Waste Connections is looking for a safety conscious Loader Operator to join the team at our location in Duncan, SC.
POSITION SUMMARY:
In this position you will be operating light equipment and heavy equipment.
This is a labor-intensive position requiring regular heavy lifting and climbing in and out of the equipment.
In this position, you will be sorting and bailing cardboard materials.
This is a full-time, year-round position. A typical schedule for this position is Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed, approximately 50-55-hour work week.
Must obtain CDL or desire to obtain Class B CDL for Roll-off operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
Experience on equipment (small wheel loader, etc.)
Have at least 2 years of work experience as well as a stable work history
