The Maintenance PM Tech supports the Maintenance Department by performing preventative maintenance and oil changes on machinery as necessary.
Perform oil changes on machinery following preventative maintenance schedule as determined by the Maintenance Supervisor
Assist and support other members of the maintenance team perform planned and unplanned maintenance to machinery
Participate in 5S activities to promote cleanliness and safety of production floor
Maintain current knowledge and actively addresses safety and environmental issue
Other duties may include janitorial, plumbing, painting, security, carpentry
Perform other duties as assigned
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and safety documentations
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Understanding of and compliance with safety rules and regulations
Ability to navigate CMMS software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Internal drive and interest in personal development
