Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts.
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare accounting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
