Job Title: Immediate Trade Partner Management Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent contracts and insurance coordinator to handle various responsibilities including collecting and submitting insurance documentation, evaluating compliance status, and providing contracting support. This role involves identifying process improvement opportunities, managing time efficiently to execute workload, recognizing situations requiring escalation, and regularly reviewing current system data for accuracy.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work Site
For the rest of 2024, this is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tampa. Starting January 1, 2025, this will be a full time in office position.
Work Environment
The first week (or two, depending on progress) will be at the office for training. Following this, the schedule will be hybrid with in-office work required once a week on Thursdays. Starting January 2025, the position will require a full-time in-office presence from Monday to Friday. Candidates not interested in returning to the office should not apply. Associates will assist field offices in the Western United States and work hours will be from 9am-6pm to accommodate some of the time change.
