Title:
Senior Program Analyst
KBR is seeking a Senior Management/Program Analyst with experience supporting Navy Customers to evaluate, analyze, and track project & program objectives for our C ounter- U nmanned A erial S ystem (C-UAS) program team in St. Inigoes, MD/Webster Field. This is a full-time on-site position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs schedule development, tracking and reporting of installation and sustainment scheduling.
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
Required education & years of experience (+substitution options below)
Education: Bachelor's Degree - B.S. or B.A.
Experience:
4 (+) years of project or program analyst experience, which includes analysis of cost, schedule, and performance of technical US Government programs.
At least 2 years of experience must be supporting the Department of the Navy/Navy Customers
OR
Education: Associate Degree
Experience:
6 (+) years of project or program analyst experience, which includes analysis of cost, schedule, and performance of technical US Government programs.
At least 2 years of experience must be supporting the Department of the Navy/Navy Customers
OR
Education: High School Diploma
Experience:
8 (+) years of project or program analyst experience, which includes analysis of cost, schedule, and performance of technical US Government programs.
At least 2 years of experience must be supporting the Department of the Navy/Navy Customers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Support of DOD CUAS Programs
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $80-100K. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
