Identifying and developing opportunities to increase Driven Brands EBITDA related to purchasing and franchisee/3rd party sales in direct and indirect categories
Identifying and scaling programs in the Car Wash segment in categories, such as chemicals, equipment and supplies to increase vendor rebates, or savings at corporately-owned locations. These programs may be in partnership with strategic vendors and/or internal partners
Determining capabilities improvements and investments required to further grow Procurement spend under management
Undergraduate degree desired
3 years experience in consulting or strategic sourcing, exposure to retail, services or automotive preferred
Experience in designing and implementing sales or cost reduction programs beginning with data analyses
Strong analytical, logical structuring, and problem solving skills
Ability to turn data on internal spend/sales, external market analyses into actionable insights
Self-starter that excels in a performance driven environment
Strong skills with Office products suite (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel required; experience with BI tools/databases is a major plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate/present to executive-level leaders
Ability to travel up to 20%
