Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Property Manager in the General Equipment, Property, Policy and Reporting Branch. of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD. Responsibilities You will coordinate efforts with EEO officials during the development and execution of policies affecting civilian personnel. You will assist in efforts regarding staffing, equitable consideration for training opportunities and nominations and appointments to boards and committees. You will provide administrative and technical supervision to the branch. You will manage multiple major projects on a broad scale as well as guide, counsel, and direct functional and technical aspects of projects at a detail level when required. You will provide expert technical advice to senior authorities, peers, and subordinates throughout the Navy, NAVSUP and other areas regarding GE/PP issues. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluate PPE program operations and develop recommendations on the need for procedural changes and/or additional controls to assure quality, security and timeliness of products and services; 2) Monitor cyclic inventory processes to ensure all property is inventoried in accordance with current directives; 3) Prepare monthly PPE Management Reports using management statistics and summary metric data. 4) Process and reconcile the monthly and quarterly trial balance financial management property reports to the trial balance and financial statements and provide variance disclosures . 5) Research the scope and impact of proposed PPE System changes in order to provide input to management.
