Director of Strategic Learning
Summary of Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as our Director of Strategic Learning for a rapidly growing and dynamic real estate investment firm. This position will be responsible for overseeing the creation and strategy of our training and development opportunities to assist in cultivating our next group of leaders. What You'll Do:
Design and build the structure and strategy for Bonaventure University (BU), a program intended to align our talent management strategy and learning strategy by creating multiple avenues for employees to learn technical, functional, cultural, and leadership skills.
Collaborate with Human Resources and business unit leaders to identify and implement organizational learning and development programs.
Create and standardize our learning and educational materials in both format and deliverables.
Oversee employee learning on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives to include our sales culture, growth mindset, and technology systems.
Direct enterprise-wide internal communication strategy to include the company's intranet and private social networking services.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years professional experience involving the implementation of learning strategies, programs, and processes with a proven track record of success
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to build relationships and credibility quickly
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible to shifting priorities
Superb communication skills (oral and written)
