The CISD Component Application Supervisor is responsible for driving services growth through focus on the customer (Retail, Core & Global Accounts). A granular understanding of Where we win, Where we Loose & Why and How to Win by delivering the annual numbers is a key part of this role.
JOB SUMMARY: Lead a team of 5-7 Product Consultants responsible for leading and deploying aftermarket applications and tools in alignment with services growth strategy.
Job Duties:
Accelerating dealer adoption of AMO Strategies by implementing a structured and disciplined process
Support delivering, in collaboration with the other internal industries, the annual total business plan though deploying, coaching and supporting Services NPI.
In collaboration with assigned dealers develop and implement aftermarket solutions industry Sales funnel reviews for assigned high-opportunity customer accounts. Adopt and be an advocate for NSD management methods.
Track opportunity, participation and close rates and report VOC/VOD in the CI Tool system. Develop local action plans, leveraging VOD and Customer Insights, to attack lost sales.
Complete STU dealer data validations in support of CISD target setting effort.
Responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of team.
Set priorities and establish a work plan in order to complete broadly defined assignments and achieve desired results. Impacts key quality goals including Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness, Accuracy, Efficiency, Cost Savings, Process Quality, etc.
Basic Requirements:
4-year Degree
9+ years of progressively responsible job-related experience
Prior experience in field roles, product group roles, project management or roles where leading strategic initiatives was a regular activity
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Knowledge of company products, product applications or merchandising programs
An understanding of service data systems and/or dealer operations desired
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions
Prior supervisory experience is preferred
Additional Information:
Travel can range from 30 to 50%. Global travel is required.
Work Locations: Peoria, IL; Cary, NC; Dallas, TX
Domestic relocation assistance in the US is available to Peoria or Cary
