Responsibilities:
Complete Cengage Supply Chain operational transformation initiatives by developing work plan, capturing and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing recommendations for organizational change.
Form deep understanding of Cengage products, processes, systems, personnel, and strategic direction.
Collaboratively support and work with a team of high-performance business operations, strategy, and transformation leaders and peers.
Skills you will need here:
Four year degree and/or previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Supply, Planning, and Manufacturing.
Proven experience in corporate, team and program leadership.
Experience in professional organization and/or cross functional leadership roles.
Confidence in providing input in decision making processes.
Ability to self lead progress against milestone and results with high degree of accountability and urgency.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to draw conclusions from large data sets, summarize and tell clear, executive grade stories.
Ability to relay sophisticated analysis for senior audiences.
Strong writing and verbal skills.
Previous operational consulting or strategy consulting experience.
Experience with data visualization and analysis tools
Experience documenting and analyzing workflows.
