Summary You will serve as a Lead Supply Systems Analyst of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF. Responsibilities You will perform complex tasks using multiple data base systems to provide information, perform trend analysis, solve problems, process material requirements, and provide guidance, assistance, and solutions on a variety of supply operations. You will be responsible for collecting data for trend analysis in order resolve issues and conflicting program requirements You will have experience in the Naval Supply program management systems You will be responsible for performing a wide variety of complex tasks using multiple database systems Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have at least one year of specialized Supply Systems Analyst experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service performing a wide variety of complex tasks using multiple data base systems to provide information, perform trend analysis, solve problems, process material requirements, and provide guidance, assistance, and solutions on a variety of supply operations. I also have at least one year of experience performing leadership functions for supply systems analysts such as assigning and reviewing work of subordinates and providing training as needed. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Provide extensive knowledge of Naval supply system, supply program management, supply chain management, and interrelated activities (e.g., products and services managed at stock points); 2)Receive urgent, high priority material and explores all avenues of assistance available to locate products and services from Navy/Defense Supply system, acquisition, manufactured to process and answer to satisfy supply and other requests ; 3) Provide detailed knowledge of integrated logistics support (ILS), service peculiar maintenance philosophies, requisitioning behaviors, and material management techniques to coordinate customer requirements and meet objectives of a variety of specialized supply programs;4) Utilize a comprehensive knowledge of naval supply program management information systems, such as N-ERP, NALCOMIS, R-Supply, NAVSUP-ONE Touch, DOD EMALL, as well as other automated data processing systems, methods and techniques to collects data for trend analysis in order to resolve issues and conflicting program requirements; and 5) Experience in guiding a team in analyzing supply support methods and recommends best course of action to take.
