Looking for a Quality Control Manager position that supports the US Navy's deployable medical mission? Bring your expertise to this great opportunity in Williamsburg, VA.
This challenging Serco position supports the Navy Expeditionary Medical Support Command contract and is responsible for the overall management of the Contractor quality control program to ensure Contractor compliance with contract requirements and tracking performance to contract standards.
In this role, you will
Reviews and analyze procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize and asset management.
Standardize quality assessment processes.
Identify Process Improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A high school diploma/GED.
5+ years' experience in quality assurance/control including the performance of sampling or surveillance functions in compliance with an established quality control plan.
3+ years' supervisory experience doing similar or related type work on similar contracts, or on a project of comparable scope and magnitude.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Additional desired experience & skills:
Preferred:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card for the Military Installation at theCheatham Annex Naval Base where this positionresides on a military installation or within a government facility which requires US Citzenship.
