What We're Looking For
Provides technical and operational supervision to a section of information technology professionals providing technology services to HNTB clients. Ensures the technical, administrative, direct labor and schedule targets in the section are met.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Overseeing the development of technology solutions
Managing technology projects deliverables and quality control/quality assurance
Mentoring staff
Developing systems process documents
Coordinating with clients, including technical and technology leads
Developing task work orders
Managing scope, schedule and budget
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
PMP Certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Project & Resource Management Skills
Solid Analytics and Reporting skills using MS Office
Ability to manage staff on small to large projects
Experience with Customer/Stakeholder Mgmt., Analysis/Problem Solving, Communication and Process Orientation
What You'll Need
Essential Responsibilities:
Provides technical and operational supervision to a section of information technology professionals.
Ensures that the technical, administrative, direct labor and schedule targets for the section are met.
Ensures employee development, training and performance management of staff.
Responsible for revenue generation and HNTB's 4 for 4 (Consistent delivery of quality work, on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction on every project) delivery for projects for the section.
Builds strong client relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging those relationships to generate opportunities for new work.
Develops, reviews and approves scope and fee estimates for work performed by the group.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree
12 years project management related experience and 2 years supervisory experience
In lieu of education, 16 years project management related experience and 2 years supervisory experience
