Leads development of instructional materials for vendors and MBUs to give direct and clear direction to vendor and Company staff on Company policies and procedures.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: - Trains and educates vendors on claims, membership and underwriting transactions and Company policies and procedures. - Audit's vendor transactions for accuracy. - Collaborates with operations management and exchanges data with vendors on a daily basis to ensure smooth daily business operations. - Determines the appropriate job functions and level of work to assign to the vendor to maximize cost savings for the Company. - Evaluates and modifies current workflows and devises new workflows to reduce current turnaround times and create cost savings for the Company.
Qualifications
- Requires HS diploma and a minimum of 2 years relevant claims or customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
