We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to create and manage comprehensive maintenance management and safety-related reports. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Report Generation: Accurately compile, produce, and distribute maintenance management reports and safety-related documentation on a regular basis.

  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate insightful reports that support maintenance and safety initiatives.

  • Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of maintenance schedules, safety protocols, training activities, and compliance documentation.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all reports and documentation adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with various departments to collect necessary information for report creation and ensure clear communication of maintenance and safety procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizenship Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or analytical role with a focus on report generation and data management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with maintenance management software. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas) and experience with specialized maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Maintenance Management Certification (MMC), or Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certifications.

  • Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
