You will be part of a large team that part of United States Air Force Central Command (USAFCENT) which is the Air Force Service Component of United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), a joint Department of Defense combatant command responsible for U.S. security interests in twenty-seven nations that stretch from the Horn of Africa through the Persian Gulf region, into Central Asia. This position supports USAFCENT Chaplain and JA Directorate, located at Shaw AFB, South Carolina.

In this role, you will:
Be the primary POC for all administrative support programs, including task management, fitness program, safety program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, security program, supply program, civilian timecard program, and personnel action programs.
Serve as the SME for all mandated administrative support programs.
Ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives.
Assist the Director in the management of all administrative support program functions and design effective communication plans to publicize unit program requirements, associated policies, and procedures.
Be responsible for establishing controls and suspense dates and follow-ups to ensure that required actions and responses are made within deadlines.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
High School Diploma/GED
An active Secret Clearance
Two years' experience overseeing unit programs, including task management program, fitness program, safety program, ADPE accounts, security program, supply program, civilian timecard program, and personnel action programs.
Two years' experience as a Unit Program Manager at an Air Force group, wing, NAF, or higher. Minimum of two years' experience with the JCRM and Joint Manning Document applications.
Three years' experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word and SharePoint at the intermediate level.
Ability to Travel = 10%
