QCR Holdings is looking for a Fraud Specialist to join our Fraud team! The Fraud Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely processing of bank and customer records and files. They are to set up and prepare reports smoothly and efficiently. They interact daily with internal and external customers. As they gain experience, they often are assigned tasks requiring a higher degree of accuracy and independent judgment.Ideal candidates would have a high school diploma or equivalent, and minimum of 2 years years of prior banking experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience. Must have strong organizational, time management, decision making and analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment. Must be able to exercise discretion, and use independent judgement along with managing and maintaining confidential information.
