This is a remote opportunity for the right person to start on the ground floor and learn everything about Audacy and the media industry. Competitive salary plus commission for the right person plus benefits package that includes health care, dental, vacation, sick pay, and 401(k).
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Contact leads to arrange meetings with field sales reps
Log calls into CRM, with follow up and next actions required
Promote AEs and opportunities for appointments over the phone
Ability to handle objections over the phone
Assist with other projects/duties as needed
Ability to research businesses quickly and efficiently
Qualifications
About You:
Required and Preferred:
Must possess strong telephone, customer service and communication skills
Must have 2+ years of call center or customer service experience, preferably outbound
Must be able to handle objections and think on the fly
Must be reliable, have a positive work ethic and a positive attitude
Must be detail orientated
A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required
