Serco is seeking a Project Manager, Tactical Communications, to join the team! Telework eligible! Your technical knowledge of Army tactical communications and experience in managing US Army Materiel Fielding and Integrated support is needed to solve technical and policy challenges facing tactical radio communications systems for the Army's current and future forces!
Serco will support the US Army Program Executive Office: Command, Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T) and the global warfighter C5ISR support plan. You will lead a team of specialists, logisticians, and trainers to provide services to Project Manager Tactical Radio (PM TR), Readiness Management Division (RMD), and the constituent Product Offices with Material Fielding, Integrated Product Support, Platform Integration, New Equipment Training and Field Support services.
In this role, you will:
Manage contractor personnel assigned to specific project functional task areas to ensure that all personnel are performing appropriately
Review program CDRL documents for consistency of schedules, compliance, and financial document requirements
Coordinate with affected subordinate PMs on contractor personnel
Participate in IPT's on behalf of contractor
Evaluate and balance anticipated budget expectations
Work closely with COR on program issues;provide support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high level leadership as required
Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review tasks plans and deliverable items
Ensure conformance with program tasks, schedules and costs
Manage performance, cost, and schedule of all Integrated Product Support deliverables

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have :
An active Secret clearance
Have a bachelor's degree in one of the following: Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related scientific or technical discipline
Have a minimum of eight (4) years of progressive experience in management and supervision of substantive US Army Materiel Fielding and Integrated Product Support
Additional desired experience and skills:
Experience supporting Tactical C5ISR systems
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar credential
