What You'll Do Here:

  • Integrated Communications - Support the Corporate Communications team on its coordinated internal and external communications programming

  • Content Curation and Creation - Curate and create content based on source documents/existing messaging as needed, including key message documents, employee memos, employee Slack messages and external content (social media content, blogs, speaking or award submissions, etc.), with oversight by team members

  • Support Ongoing Communications Programs - With guidance from your manager and other team members, support established employee communications and employee engagement programs aimed at encouraging more connection among employees and providing timely information and updates

  • Employee Events - Assist with preparing outlines and slide decks for ongoing business unit town halls, First Fridays, and help facilitate employee events as needed

  • Support for Executive Thought Leadership - Support these programs by monitoring industry trends/news, developing content (LinkedIn Posts, LinkedIn comments, media responses, executive briefing books) with oversight from team members, and tracking results

  • General Communications Team Support - Provide general support to the broader Corporate Communications teams in areas including email distribution, metrics and reporting, email list management and coordination with external vendors

Skills You Will Need Here:

  • 2-3 years of communications experience, either in-house or at an agency

  • Ability to work well on a team, share ideas and push for creative approaches to communications problems

  • Capable communicator who can simplify complex information into compelling, easy to understand narratives for a variety of audiences

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize as needed, with guidance from team members

  • Excellent writing, editing and presentation building skills

  • Proactively anticipates the needs of the team

  • -Client service- mentality

  • Self-starter who is professional, mature, responsible and reliable

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior PR agency experience a plus
