Position Summary
You are a results-oriented Business Process Analyst with 3+ years of experience working in a dynamic environment. Your focus will be to capture process optimization through due diligence and research. You enjoy the technical and SOP writing to deliver comprehensible processes. You focus on the business need and deliver based on customer specifics. You are highly motivated and enthusiastic ready to join a team that is supporting Bonaventure's rapidly growing business. Accountabilities
Responsible for documentation of current and future processes, including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) optimization, delivering to customer specifications
Researching and analyzing current trends, processes and policies for identification of end-goal solutions
Analyze to determine root cause analysis, identifying inefficiencies
Work with business units to focus on determined priorities for the agreed-upon strategic areas
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and evaluating output requirements
Construction of workflow charts and diagrams; studying capabilities and writing specifications
Who You Are
Four-year degree and 3-5 years of analysis experience in a multi-faceted business environment
3+ years of process improvement analysis and research working in a project management capacity
Highly analytical, detail oriented with three plus years in project management
Ability to work independently, yet customer focused delivering to end-user need
Microsoft Office Suite experienced, including project or other PMP software
