Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Fuel Distribution System Operator in NAVSUP FLC PUGET SOUND. Responsibilities You will direct fuel issuing, storage, transfer and receiving operations at the Manchester fuel pier and on fuel barges, tank-truck loading facilities and above-ground and underground bulk fuel storage tanks. You will maintain accurate Fuels Inventory for Defense Fuel Supply Point (DFSP) Puget Sound per U. S. Coast Guard, Washington Department of Ecology, and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy requirements. You will review work procedures and observe work in progress in order to promote efficiency and to prevent degradation of equipment and petroleum products You will participate in planning of both operational and maintenance work schedules on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. You will establish deadlines, priorities and work sequences, and plans work assignments based on general work schedules and policies established by the Deputy Director.
