Responsibilities
Must be in or willing to relocate to San Diego, CA for all positions listed below:
Reliability Engineer:
US. citizenship and active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Solid understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM Lvl I and Lvl II).
Knowledge of tools such as OPUS, SIMLOX, WQS/WRR, Windchill, Raptor, ReliaSoft, and Teamcenter.
Understanding of Lean-Agile mindset, systems engineering and product and solution management principles.
Engineering Project Manager:
A minimum of twelve (12) years' experience managing all aspects project or programs, including Scope, Schedule, Budget, Quality, Personnel and Contractual compliance.
At least three (3) years of management experience on programs/projects supporting the Department of Defense.
PMP or FAC-P/PM Mid-Level in Program Management highly desired.
Eligible status for DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
Digital Engineer:
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance and eligible to obtain a TS/SCI.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
Master's degree in Engineering strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of meta models and data domains.
Systems Engineer:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (i.e. Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.) required.
Masters of Science degree in Engineering (i.e. Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.) desired.
Must possess an active government Secret security clearance, TS/SCI preferred.
15+ years actively working as Systems Engineer (background in Space Systems preferred to include space vehicles, payloads, ground stations and communication networks).
5+ years Space Systems acquisition specializing in satellites, control and ground segment, communications systems.
Previous experience at Space Systems Command (SSC) is strongly preferred.
Software Engineer:
Must hold a Secret Clearance.
At least 3 years of continuous programming experience.
Experience in Agile Software Engineering Process and Life Cycle.
Experience performing software development in a DevOps environment utilizing tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Artifactory, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
Experience with RHEL/Linux build automation, Jenkins, automated tests.
Cyber Engineer:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related field required (Master's degree preferred).
Must possess an active government TS/SCI security clearance.
10+ years of experience with cyber and network systems.
Understanding of Space Force ground architectures, to include Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) ground systems (desired).
Experience with Platform as a Service (PAAS).
Experience with Linux infrastructures, database SQL (MS SQL), CI/CD tools, scripting such as Python, Perl, Ruby, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies.
Cost Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or business) or a discipline that fosters problem solving, structured thought and creativity.
Public Trust Clearance is required.
Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills.
Minimum experience: 5 years of cost analysis/decision support.
5 years experience with BA/BS + DAWIA Level II FM or ICEAA/CCEA certification.
3 years experience with advanced degree.
Network Engineer:
Demonstrated proficiency with at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
Experience diagnosing and debugging Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system faults, preferably iptables
5+ years DoD experience.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum development framework.
Must possess an active government Secret security clearance.
CSWF Level II certifications:
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
CompTIA Linux+ or equivalent (RHEL preferred).
Cisco CCNA or equivalent.
Test Engineer:
Understand CCNA and CCNP level concepts specifically OSI layers, OSPF, Multicast, GRE/DMVPN, UDP/TCP/SIP/RTP protocols.
Experience with Cisco Router and Switch configurations and equipment - 3 years' experience.
Backgrounds in ADNS - 3 years' experience.
Background working with PMW's (D) - 3 years' experience.
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
Security Engineer:
Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance or above.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
Prior experience as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) or Officer (ISSO).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with the development and maintenance of computer system Authorization To Operate (ATO).
Experience administering databases such as SQL Server, MongoDB or Oracle.
