We are hiring aremotepart-time Advisory Product Support Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Port Hueneme Division (PHD) 0perations (OPS) to achieve technical and program execution, policy implementation, strategic objectives, and process improvements. In this role, you will provide technical oversight and leadership to civilian personnel in the functional areas of process, policy, fleet support, logistics lead support, workforce development, Model Based Product Support (MBPS) implementation, and strategic planning. You will predominantly focus on the facilitation and execution of all logistics product and process improvement efforts across the Command to strengthen logistics/product support technical capabilities and competencies, and ensure Command/Competency strategic alignment, resources, and training are available to meet customer demands. Responsibilities

  • Assists with gathering internal stakeholders to identify specific communication and actions needed to prepare the NSWC PHD PS&L workforce for planned legacy system shut down.

  • Supports planned measures for success relating to MBPS and/or enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (ePLM) implementation.

  • Supports PS&L Competency to ensure Command/Competency strategic alignment, resources, and training are available to meet customer demands.

  • Supports the facilitation and execution of PS&L product and process improvement efforts across the Command to strengthen PS&L technical capabilities and competencies.

  • Reviews and updates PS&L Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provides technical expertise and recommendations with the reorganization and roll out of MBPS regarding documentation of processes and procedures, along with PS&L Community of Practices (CoP) alignment.

  • Supports the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Back to Basics roll out.

  • Leads workforce development and policy operations while providing a disciplined program management approach and successful execution of tasking well in advance of deadlines.

  • Provides technical oversight and excel in innovative leadership to civilian personnel in the functional areas of process, policy, fleet support, PS&L leadership support, workforce development, MBPS/ePLM implementation, and strategic planning support.

  • Assists with the effort to continuously assess, develop, and promulgate PS&L technical processes in support of the Command's Technical Process Health Sustainment efforts as well as with the development of PS&L Training Qualification Standards (TQSs).

  • Cultivates and fosters successful interaction with both internal and external customers in a professional and diplomatic fashion that promote and protect the interests of the Navy.

Education/Qualifications

Required:

  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. Dept. of DefenseSecretclearance.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.

  • 10+ years of Dept. of Defense related weapons/combat systems logistics experience.

  • 10+ years of technical writing expertise.

  • Solid understanding of the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Systems Engineering Process.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering subject matter expertise, and technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation of Ship Control Systems to support Navy surface warships.

  • Drafts Administrative Remarks (NAVPERS 1070/613) (Page-13) for all enlisted personnel.

  • Processes administrative documentation associated with the Fitness Enhancement Program (FEP), Physical Activity Risk Factor Questionnaire (PARFQ) and NAVMED 6110/4.

  • Must promptly report any injuries sustained during organized group physical training (PT) or the PFA to the Command Safety Officer.

  • Oversees medical screening and clearance processes, ensuring that Sailors who indicate a need for medical evaluation and clearance based on Physical Activity Risk Factor Questionnaire (PARFQ) responses undergo medical assessment before participating in the Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA).

  • Maintains familiarity with Physical Readiness Program (PRP) nutrition policies and ensuring their full compliance within their command.

  • Must complete the Physical Readiness Program-approved CFL Certification course before assuming CFL duties and recertify every five years either by successfully completing the CFL Certification Course or attending the CFL Seminar.

  • Must complete required DoD-approved dietary supplement safety training via the Operation Supplement Safety (OPSS).

FTI is searching for a Full-Stack Developer (Technical Lead) to help our continued efforts to support the Department of Air Force Rapid Capability Office (DAFRCO), the Space Rapid Capability Office (SpRCO), and the Space Development Agency (SDA). Additionally, FTI is providing critical support to the U.S. Air Force (USAF) NGAD and ABMS programs. Each of these offices are developing first-of-kind space capabilities. Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff. Work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. Oversee efforts of less senior staff and responsible for efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. Ensure consistent submission of high-quality products to the Government. Education/Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility adjudication and the ability to obtain and maintain special accesses. Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, software development, or STEM related specialty and 8 years' experience in software development; or Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, software development or STEM related specialty and 10 years' experience in software development Relevant experience performing engineering activities in the Government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or profit or non-profit Government support, or development contractor arena Programming experience with Python, MariaDB, React, NoSQL as well as at least two of the following: Angular, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, & Material UI. FTI is excited to hire a Technical Project Manager to join our team. This IT-focused position emphasizes personnel, project, and financial management for the AFMC SIPR Modernization Team at WPAFB. In this role, you will manage projects as directed by the customer for the IT-focused AFMC SIPR and ADSV technical teams at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, where you will have a full-time, on-site work schedule. You will manage financial, contractual, and project objectives and utilize MS Teams applications to enhance program office operations. A successful candidate must be able to work closely with the customer to understand project deliverables, schedules, budgets, goals, and objectives.

Must be physically located near, and willing to report to, the customer site in Dayton, OH full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall management, governance, direction, and execution of assigned projects, as directed by the customer (to include IT/Technical projects).

  • Oversee project financials, including tracking, forecasting, and reporting of status.

  • Professional experience in IT-focused environments.
