Overview

FTI is in search of an experienced Vice President of Product and Program Execution to join our team, responsible for leading product delivery and program execution within our Technology Services and Delivery organization. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role will focus on driving the successful delivery of products and programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities. The right candidate will have a mixture of both technical and business experience as they will need to understand not only the technical elements of the strategy but also how it aligns to the goal of driving enterprise value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of product delivery and program initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and communicate product and program strategies.

  • Drive the prioritization and planning of product features and program milestones.

  • Work closely with the CTO to execute the technology organization's strategic direction.

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and integration of product and program efforts.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive successful product delivery and program execution.

  • Ensure that all product and program initiatives meet high-quality standards and adhere to compliance frameworks.

  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that products and programs meet customer needs and preferences.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the product and program execution teams.

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development opportunities to team members.

  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics related to product and program delivery.

  • Allocate resources effectively to support product delivery and program execution.

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree

  • 15 years' experience in product management, program management, or related roles, and leading engineering teams.

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in the execution of product and program initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of software and technology services business models.

  • Demonstrated understanding and application of change management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence by adopting a range of styles, tools, and techniques appropriate to the audience and nature of the information.

  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing multiple technology projects at once.

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance or above.

  • Knowledge of U.S. government contracting, compliance and regulatory compliance
