Position Description
Serco Inc. is searching for an Applications Systems Analyst with a knowledge of ERP solutions, a demonstrated aptitude for requirements development, communication, and interpersonal skills to support multiple business solutions including Human Resources, Workforce Management, Recruiting and Manager/Employee Self Service systems.
This is a 100% remote position.
In this role, you'll work within the IT department alongside application developers and software engineers.You'll make sure that the processes needed for a business to function and succeed are running smoothly, acting as a technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues - usually on an immediate basis.
In this role, you will:
Monitor, record and respond to requests for support
Operate independently and takes initiative to learn and become the functional expert on multiple solutions
Meet with internal and external stakeholders to gather operational goals, document business processes and requirements, and communicate requirements to development team members
Document business, functional, and system requirements.
Configuration of the product suite to meet requirements.
Perform business, functional and system unit testing.
Learn, follow, and engage in continuous improvement activities associated with the software development lifecycle - including processes, procedures, and templates.
Analysis and diagnosis of application errors
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's degree
or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree
2 years of experience configuring Human Resources and/or Recruiting systems (ICIMs, Cost Point and or HRNow system)
Experience meeting with internal and external stakeholders to gather operational goals, document business processes and requirements, and communicate requirements to development team members
Experience with business, functional and system unit testing.
Experience with Deltek CostPoint or iCIMS is a plus
