Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Quotations Specialist Waterworks team. This is a great opportunity for an innovative and enthusiastic candidate, that can thrive in a fast-paced multifamily renovation environment.
Responsibilities
Development, entry and tracking of quotations on Multifamily Renovation projects, while establishing close relationships with the Project Managers, Vendors, National Account Managers, our field sales teams and many others, with the collective goal to provide outstanding service and win the job
Keep current of new products, trends and market cost and pricing
Coordinate with vendors to ensure that pricing data is received in a timely manner
Participate in the resolution of pricing related issues
Build and maintain pricing measurements for decision making processes
Organize and audit required data for quote preparation
Facilitate obtaining required specs, submittals, O&Ms, etc
Facilitate upkeep of quoting maintenance data
Execute any other supporting tasks and/or team projects for Renovations
Qualifications:
Computer experience with Microsoft applications (i.e., Outlook, Excel) are required
Sales/quotations experience with Trilogie and/or Bid Tracer is preferred
Sales/quotations experience in our industry or related is ideal
Professional communication skills whether in-person, on the phone, or over video conference
Service minded, innovative, enthusiastic, organized, collaborative, articulate and able to learn quickly
