OVERVIEW

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital content projects for both internal and external audiences. You will collaborate with various teams to develop engaging content that aligns with our company's goals and brand identity, to support the development and execution of digital strategy tactics and initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop digital content strategies in collaboration with marketing, communication, and other relevant teams for digital product awareness.

  • Create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and more.

  • Produce multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and interactive presentations to enhance audience engagement.

  • Write and edit copy for digital channels, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to maximize reach and effectiveness.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance content strategies and tactics.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and insights for content development projects.

  • Maintain brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines across all digital content.

  • Assist in the creation and execution of content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.

  • Proven experience in digital content creation and management, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and/or other relevant software.

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Portfolio showcasing examples of previous digital content projects and their impact.
