Perform in-process and finished goods auditing, sampling, and testing.
Adhere to and follow all ISO and plant safety systems.
Frequently audit and maintain the audit records for all manufacturing and production areas.
Document control, record-keeping, and other administrative duties related to inspections, auditing, and assurance of high-quality manufactured goods.
Identify, determine, communicate and record nonconformities to management.
Collect samples for lab testing in accordance with product work instructions
Collect, report, and input sample data into an SPC database.
Perform in-process and finished goods auditing, sampling, and testing.
HS Diploma/GED or equivalent and 1 - 3 months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentage, area, concentration, and volume.
Capability to perform basic math functions and operate basic computer software.
Must be able to read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
Appropriate interpersonal skills to allow for courteous and effective interaction with co-workers, customers, and management.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and apply troubleshooting skills to help reduce/eliminate nonconformance issues.
Must be able to work in a critical contamination control environment, requiring the use of special gowning to include the use of a facemask and latex gloves
Must be able to work overtime and work a flexible work schedule as needed
Must be able to regularly stand, walk, stoop, bend and frequently lift. move, and/or transport up to 40 lbs.
