Overview
FTI is looking for a full-time Process and Compliance Coordinator to support the OSD Joint Hypersonics Transition Office (JHTO). The Process and compliance coordinator will oversee the University Consortium for Applied Hypersonics (UCAH) budget and spend plan for ongoing UCAH solicitations over the life span of the award. Support workforce development, the office of the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Science & Technology, and the JHTO Front Office tasking as they relate to UCAH ongoing projects. Maintain UCAH SharePoint dashboard and the data required to account for UCAH projects.

Responsibilities
The Process and Compliance Coordinator will serve as the focal point at the JHTO for information to and from the University Manager, the JHTO Director and members of the University Consortium. Candidate will be the liaison between the Agreements Officer Representative (similar to a Contracting Officer Representative), the JHTO Science & Technology Lead, the JHTO Chief of Staff and JHTO Director, among others, to obtain information and answers requested by the Consortium Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform the preparation, review, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with specifications, organizational policies, and applicable regulations.
Draft and review agreements, working closely with JHTO Agreements Officer, legal teams, and others to ensure contracts meet organization goals and requirements.
Maintain the contract management process to ensure efficient contract execution and archiving. Act as subject matter expert on contractual rights and provide interpretation.
Day-to-day interaction with members of the Consortium Management Team at Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station
Handling communication and day-to-day interaction between JHTO and the Consortium to include, meeting schedules across multiple parties involved.
Education/Qualifications
Must have active DoD Secret Level Clearance or above with the ability to maintain
A BS/BA Degree in a business, management, procurement, contract management or financial related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 10 years of work experience performing the stated or similar functions.
Conducts highly complex work, unsupervised and with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
Experience Desired/Not Required:
Experience as a COR or supporting a Contracting Officer
