This opportunity entails being responsible for championing client service at HNTB and being a resource for the line organization in building excellence among client service leaders and teams. The successful candidate will refine, develop, and continuously improve the tools and resources needed to drive consistency and improve the effectiveness of firm-wide client service leaders and teams. Collaborating with other national functions and line leaders, the National Client Service Director will promote a growth mindset that leads to new sales with HNTB clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Drives consistency and effectiveness of firmwide client service leaders (CSLs) and teams (CSTs), including supporting effective implementation of HNTB's Super Client Program

  • Establishes and maintains an online resource center to elevate firmwide best practices in client service and provide examples and templates

  • Develops tools and materials to support consistency in HNTB's approach to client service and client mapping, including refining and leveraging existing guidebooks and materials

  • Develops client service success measures and promotes their use within the line organization to assess CSL effectiveness

  • Leverages, existing CSL training materials and develops new approaches as needed to strengthen CSL skillsets and support the line organization in coordination with the HNTB Learning and Development team.

  • Strengthens and continuously improves internal processes and materials to align with HNTB's vocabulary and culture related to client service and growth in coordination with HNTB's National Sales Organization (NSO)

  • Guides and supports the strategic planning process in partnership with division leadership, and drives consistency in the firm's approach to client strategic plans

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree and 15 years of relevant experience.

What We Prefer:

  • Previous experience with and understanding of Architectural and Engineering (A&E) industry

The approximate pay range for New York City and Westchester County, NY is $200,265.67 - $333,234.26. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
