Position Summary:
You are a results-oriented, driven, Senior Manager of Centralized Support with five years of experience. You are highly motivated and enthusiastic, ready to join a team that is supporting Bonaventure's rapidly growing business. You will work on creation and streamlining of internal processes, working internally and with external partners to define and establish process requirements and end to end solutions, driving these changes by collaborating with employees and vendors, offshore and nearshore. Accountabilities:
Responsible for preparation and establishment of process requirements and defining measurables
Collaboration with Bonaventure business units in innovative solution-based process/technologies
Prepare monthly performance key metrics, identify opportunities to improve, and identify new capabilities.
Conduct vendor and product research determining best solutions
Identify key offshore/nearshore partners (vendors) that are core value fits for future growth
Create reports on monthly and ad-hoc performance based key metrics
Mentor and coach direct and in-direct reports on process initialization and project goals/outcomes
Who You Are:
Minimum of five years of vendor management experience in a multi-faceted organization
Four-year degree, advanced preferred and PMP certification
Communicator and listener with internal/external partners delivering processes and solutions
Ability to work flexible hours to support the business with offshore/nearshore vendors and direct and/or indirect employees
Ability to travel occasionally
