In the Navy Program Analyst role, you will:
Provide program and technical support at a Navy Talent Acquisition Group Office to accommodate program analysis requirements, tracking the execution of various functions and coordinating program planning efforts.
Providing analysis and preparing reports on findings
Preparing and review technical and policy documents
Providing recommendations for program improvements
Preparing and/or reviewing technical documentation
Preparing presentation material
Preparing briefing documents
Providing administrative support as necessary for resolution of identified procedural problems
Obtain new enlisted and officer contract information through liaison with other departments, verifying appropriate documentation and matching information from Navy-web-based applications and databases and updating records

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An active DoD Secret clearance
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of Microsoft Office experience
3 years of Microsoft Excel
2 years of Data, Statistical, and Finance Analysis
Additional desired experience and skills:
Salesforce: 1 year
U.S. Military: 3 years
U.S. Federal Government: 3 years
