This position will also ensure Training Compliance in EHS, QA, and Facility SOPs to support the core value statement of " Implement a flexible labor schedule that will integrate Part-Time and Full-Time employees together to fulfill production demand without compromising our core values of Employee Safety and Product Quality while continuing to promote a Diverse and Inclusive work environment. "This role will be responsible for overall training process, implementation and documentation for new hires and existing employees. Responsibilities will also include maintaining Sop's for the site. This individual will work closely with members of management staff to ensure all training is conducted in a timely and efficient mannerLocation: Neosho MOHours: Primarily Day shift, but occasionally hours outside normal day shift, may be necessary.Responsibilities: This role is also responsible for developing daily employee schedules within the various departments by utilizing current production schedule and employee availability to ensure coverage of production demands. This individual will distribute schedule to department management and production employees.Competencies-Skills (Required): High School Diploma or GED equivalentExperience in a manufacturing environmentIntermediate proficiency with personal computer operations and Microsoft SuiteExcellent Project Management and Problem-Solving skills.Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching on-the-job or in a classroom setting, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc)Proven ability to develop training materials from scratch to implementationStrong presentation and speaking skillsEffective collaboration skills across multiple functional departments in a fast pace environmentAbility to multi-task and manage time efficientlySelf-motivated demonstrating maturity in responsibilities and analytical skillsLeadership skills including team building, coaching and mentoring for personnel development.Competencies-Skills (Preferred): 3 years in manufacturing environmentCompletion of some post-secondary educationLand O'Lakes, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) M/F/Vets/Disabled.
