Job Title: Receptionist
Job Description
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the office. This role involves greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer service attitude.
Working Hours:
Monday- Friday 8-4:30
